...just in case.
Problem is that it doesn't accept USB drives either. It only works for online browsing, and with whatever apps it came installed with.

The fixes I need to do to solve the Microsoft store issue, require me to use command promptz, which S mode refuses me to let me use, to disable S mode, I need MS store itself to work, which is what I am trying to fix in the first place.

And endless loop of crap causing other crap to not work.

Have you been to a Microsoft service centre or ASP?

I was talking about like a physical store where you can like talk to a person but I didn't think about having to move your pc...
It was a gift from my sis, so I just left it as is and gave up. The cost of fixing it seemed not worth the trouble.

I just use my other older windows xp pc for more complex stuff.

They tell me to use the Microsoft Store to disable S mode no matter how much I explain my issues(probably ai answering back):bleh:

TLDR:
The thing I need to use to fix the thing, is the thing I am trying to fix itself.
i'd move my files elsewhere and reinstall Windows at that point. i reinstalled it one of my old laptops like eight times (it kept shitting itself somehow) until it finally worked smoothly.

Not even when PenguinUSB is selected as boot drive when set in the BIOS?!

No, PenguinUSB is meant to be used as a bootable drive, the machine should be able to choose to boot into in the BIOS before the drive with the windowsOS installed could have their say. You don't need to be inside Windows to use it.
I don't feel like it's worth messing around with it too much. It's a cheap laptop I didn't pay for with low storage.

Works for porn, good enough for me.
