The good part of the records is that they have a standarised size and they're extra thin, unlike books... my room is an ordered mess, I own several times my weight in paper.

Except most of my collection is classical, which means a lot of box sets. Plus US releases use thicker jackets than European releases. And then there are 7" (45 RPM, usually) and occasional 10" from the early LP era... I'll stop now.

Ah, no wonders, specially nowadays that they can simply make more copies where needed here save as much as possible with boxing and basically quality material, at most they just keep the same quality of the pictures (but not with the ink). Spanish publishers and anything product related try to sell at the same price most of the times but cutting in quality to make profits and also because they don't value what they sell. For instance, if you want a hardcover book you should know which publisher trust or go for the paperback cover because they last like six months (with common use) until it literally tears apart. One of the reasons for learning languages here is to avoid them and buy instead a foreign version. A little sad but true.
Ah, and yes, having a waitlist of years from my physical library is not a stop to buy even more books, last Sunday I got a XIII century work of almost 600 pages in a DIN A4 format.

indifferent on it. it honestly really depends on the outline you use, as a white outline on a white background will look off.

the image was too tall

so now I have to pick between two good-looking parts of what I created:

the tree's leaves, or:
