@K.Angel's timezone is UTC+2 in those two months. unfortunately this does not help to narrow down the list of countries (as in Europe daylight savings time begins at the end of March and ends near the end of October, so we'd need a timestamp outside of this end of March–end of October range to narrow down even further.)

as you can see, i've struck the more unlikely options and changed the font color of the more likely ones
the
mention of a '
volleyball tournament' (and possibly a league too) of some sort, though the numerical metrics given by K.Angel are almost certainly exaggerated (they just are okay), leads me to believe that countries like Sweden, Norway, South Africa, and even Egypt are contenders as their currencies are at very high rates to the US dollar (meaning a figure like "20 million" does not nearly have as much buying power as $20 million USD.
