Sure.

It would be hilarious to see what everyone would want eachother to dub. Seeing @Angry_Panda dub the most unserious, The Big Bees, with his reporter voice does sound like it would be funny as hell.

I don't know sites, but with apps like Tachiyomi forks, you can predownload series onto your device and read them without any network requirements

You would need to find the V3 link for the wayback machine since V5 converted the whole thing to a different setup.
