i've never really understood the appeal of games like HoI, EU, CK, etc. Civ IV/V, however...

You don't need to, I never understood how people could get hooked up to SIMS or Pokemon, and yet... you either like making memes with Paradox excels or you remain alien to them, you're not missing anything. But for those specific memes you need to have been a strategic/historical games player for years so you play Paradox's games in the most absurd, non-logical ways... well, there are still many people that think of themselves gods because they can paint maps in any colour they desire, like they knew what they were doing.

EU5, taking place in 1337, then EU4 taking place in 1444, and lastly Victoria 2, taking place in 1836. He wants me to prepare a presentation. This was spur of the moment. Should I be terrified?
