It's not that. There are times where I can't even force myself to sleep no matter what
Try to read a mid webnovel before going to sleep, preferably something which is not too bad, that would just make you angry or something which is very good, that would just pique your curiosity about the plot, try something very cliché, also it would be good if it's MTL'd that would make your brain tire out easily.

This is my way to get some sleep, it works greatly, I've noticed I've been able to sleep easily these days, it works so well that I just read some webnovels just to get some sleep.

It's hilarious that people here only (mostly) speak about sleeping issues while I'm asleep myself, it's true that resetting your sleeping schedule by not sleeping let's you go to bed at any time the following day but only a good sleeping habit will prevent you to mess it out the day after. That's why I no longer stay up the whole night, it's too taxing on my body.
And yes, when someone claims a Tomoko character for too long everyone assumes it can't be anyone else.

I used to listen to speedruns in the background
I mentioned speedrun earlier (in previous page, methinks). You're right, it does work sometimes; I usually watch Tomatoanus' Fallout speedrun or CarcinogenSDA's speedrun. Zelda speedrun, huh? I'll check that out. Thanks Nanaban

Also here's some nice songs, I heard some people fall to sleep to music:
Haha, it's .hack! You thought you could get away from it after this long? Not happening. :meguusmug:
