What is a great leader?
I think that if you are kind, and you truly care about everybody you naturally become the leader of the group
The leader might not realize he is the leader, but everybody know
Better question would be: Who considers you a great leader?
What makes someone happy, dissatisfies someone else.

A great leader is not made by pandering and making everyone happy, which is impossible.
No, to be a great leader is to make people respect you, your decisions (even if they disagree), and your authority. If you have a lack in any of these, you cannot be a great leader.

I'm talking about a small group like here, I think you talk about the leader of an army

Can you be friend with 2 people that dislike each others? I think they will feel betrayed somehow :shamihuh:
I was friends with two people who hated each other (they'd previously dated and then broke up..)

It was like being the child of a divorce. I had to spend my days with separately and they'd fight over who I would sit with at lunch lol..

I guess you are asking for a friend of a friend, right?
If those two people simply dislike each other but don't feel intense animosity and hatred, then it's fine. Them being together could be awkward but not the end of the world.
If it's like in @MinecraftStoryModeLover's case you have to tread a little more carefully.

In the end, it depends, so every advice here won't fit your case perfectly.

Animosity is pretty high...
Oh well, I'm lucky so it will resolves itself

Also, strikes are a really taboo thing.
I thought it meant "I disagree" but for some people it's "I hate you, your existence disgusts me. I hope your entire family die in a fire"

A reaction is, at its roots, instantaneous and not thought out. So it's not actually possible to interpret a reaction; there's no deep meaning behind it. You can try to figure out what would induce it, but in the case of forum comments, well, it's just the comment the reaction is placed on; you can't brainstorm much more than that, and it's definitely not worth raking your brain over it more than that.
Unless they tell you to die in a fire, well, it's got nothing to do with the strike reaction or whatever other reaction there would be on the post. That's just not knowing how to communicate or being unhealthy enough to voluntarily choose to communicate in this awkward way.

And yeah, I personally use a strike when I think someone is wrong, not when I disagree with them. How you use it (and anyone else for that matter, unless you're reaction bombing) is up to you.

Yeah, it's sad, most people here can't Strike due to that, they don't want to harm people with what's just a simple reaction score.

Personaly, I don't care and even find it funny to be Striked, so everyone here can Strike me as much as they want, I hope it will help you to let off some steam. Don't thank me, no need for.

Kinda wish there was a "respectfully disagree" option, given that for disagreeing with a comment, we only have:
❌: I disagree with you existing and having comment score

:slap:: you are mentally deficient

:pacman:: I consider your existance a complete joke and will only laugh at your miserability

Nothing like: I respect your opinion, though I do not share it. Bit of a missing thing.
