Man I hate when author changing simple backstory into something bigger to meet their need

Like in chapter one revealed MC family were killed by demon in random attack. Then later on change it, the Demon attack the MC's family specifically because some bs reason.

Very common in shonen mangas that go further 10 tankobons. It's either because the writer have no idea, or because he's bad at twists, but it's aggravated by the fact he have to continue the story because his manga must continue and not stop. Shorts shonens are safe, from the few ones i've read until here.

Fun fact : in France, we have a region of the country named Britain (Bretagne, but UK is named grande-bretagne in France). An it's the most rainiest place of the country. I'm pretty sure that what is great in great-britain is just they have more rain. It can't be their food, impossible.

Well, there's the manga adaptation here, so you can read it as well. And I checked my library but no, no good isekai otome/shoujo recorded on my end. Try asking in the Manga subforum.
