I always thinking one of stupidest thing humanity ever created probably is cryptocurrency

You traded your valued physical paper money to something that literally doesn't exist... Only exist within computer.

The concept of paper money is already pretty stupid on its own because how can a paper more valuable than food? For gold at least it's rare metal. Paper not even rare or hard to get, it's something common. That's why paper money need to backed by gold so it's have value.

Cryptocurrency probably start some madman trying his new scheme with tech and some rich people thought it's good way to laundry their money lmao
