Don't worry, there is surely going to be a surge of new black companies, The plan is great but I don't think that Japanese companies ,which focuses on amount of work done, would let something like this would stop them.

Mature or whatever, getting obsessed to be called something more than anything shows low self-esteem. About working days, if that happens now is because the ruling party no longer has majority and needs votes from the left spectrum, so they need to concede. Here in Spain we're moving to 36h per week as a public reform but several workplaces have already tried even less time for 4 days per week and has improved productivity, but in Japan even if they get more rights they will mean nothing without a change in their mindset and ensuring there's no forced overtime.
