I think the recommendation might thinks that you haven't watched enough English content to make them appear on your feed.
Or maybe your government forced Youtube to make your country recommendations to focus more on your country "culture".

This is why I use blocktube. It's extremely useful for just straight up blocking a bunch garbage and clickbait video and channels from popping up ever again after blocking them.

Edit: Did someone mention the FBI again? There's 20 of them watching this thread again.
