No idea, Fate franchise has several useful pages (fandom + official) to learn about it, have you checked them? Anilist for instance doesn't help much.

What is going on with the mangadex main site? It keep not loading for long stretches at a time, then is fine for a couple hours, and it’s entirely unpredictable what state you’ll get at any given time. Though far more often than not it’s not working at all or spewing error messages.
