While my answer might sound a bit dreamy but I actually want a world where people get to laugh more and be happier!! There are so many people stuck in the rat race called life that they don't even have the time to be themselves, they forget what and why they are doing this, we live in a society where being able to smile is a luxury, so I'd wish for a world with much more happiness for people!! (Sorry for being so cheesy)

There would be a new identification card system. One would be linked to the body in which you are currently inhabiting. The other would be linked to the brain which is currently inhabiting that body. There would be a neural chip put into the brain so that it would be able to sustain during swaps without any loss of function.

If two people agree, their brains can be permanently reassigned to each other's bodies.
That will change how it appears on their ID.
