Try not to learn too much - you'll need your head to fit in the car for the drive home.... it's almost time for me to drive up to college for the day

I thought exercising made things leaner, not larger... Am I exercising wrong?Try not to learn too much - you'll need your head to fit in the car for the drive home.
Answer 1: Yes, but that's only after the swelling goes down.I thought exercising made things leaner, not larger...
I may have (un)intentionally pulled that out.Hey even the threads themselves are playing the roles.

I prefer spectres, they are cooler material for TTRPGs.The spectrum of this chat is insane.

ya went from 2 packs a day to none in a week?? ૮ oᆺo ა hot damn that's impressive ૮'ᆺ'აJust got tired of feeling like crap in the mornings, coupled with the lack of interest in standing outside for another winter. Used the gum for a day seriously and a couple pieces over the next week, but basically quit cold turkey.
To be fair, I had cut down in the last year or two and was at a pack a day right before I quit, but yeah, I didn't see much point in trying to wean myself off beyond that.ya went from 2 packs a day to none in a week?? ૮ oᆺo ა hot damn that's impressive ૮'ᆺ'ა
I know plenty of people that don't last even a single day (unless it's a hangover day) smoking less than a pack per day. And I don't mean smoking less, I mean that they may have ten or twenty cigarettes per day, announce they're going to stop as a New Year's goal and fail the following day.To be fair, I had cut down in the last year or two and was at a pack a day right before I quit, but yeah, I didn't see much point in trying to wean myself off beyond that.
When I worked at Ross, there was this one guy who smelled everyday of cigarettes. Right next to him on the production line was this lady who had one of those like silver cigarette replacement necklace things. Let's just say they didn't get along very well.I know plenty of people that don't last even a single day (unless it's a hangover day) smoking less than a pack per day.
Yeah, seen that plenty of times. Quitting really only works if you want to quit, rather than just feeling like you should but not wanting to.I know plenty of people that don't last even a single day (unless it's a hangover day) smoking less than a pack per day. That was an issue for a couple months - I chewed a lot of (non-nicotine) gum through that period. Once in a while I get a whiff outdoors and it smells good, but more often than not if I smell it on someone it's just gross. When I worked at Ross, there was this one guy who smelled everyday of cigarettes. Given the general lack of regulation around 'vape juice' here in the US, I would be way more concerned about that than tobacco products. It's doesn't get better with young people, they say vape is better while in actuality all same shit different packaging.
The classic "always a bigger fish" response. Just acknowledge that both are degenerative.Given the general lack of regulation around 'vape juice' here in the US, I would be way more concerned about that than tobacco products.
They are, but we know what tobacco does based on a hundred years of study and fairly stringent regulation of the production process. Vaping is basically still the wild west, and there are no thorough studies yet.The classic "always a bigger fish" response. Just acknowledge that both are degenerative.
so is the point that vaping could be worse because we haven't studied it or that because we know what tobacco does more thoroughly we shouldn't be as concerned? They are, but we know what tobacco does based on a hundred years of study and fairly stringent regulation of the production process. I certainly wouldn't recommend smoking, as hypocritical as that may sound, but I don't consider the two to be interchangeable in terms of potential harm.
