My point would be the first one, and it's more aimed at the huge number of unregulated cottage brands of liquid putting who-knows-what in their products than at something being put out by big tobacco that's gone through at least some study and is subject to regulation (though I would have some hesitation about any vaping, given we have no idea what 20+ years of inhaling that stuff does yet).
if it were my decision, I'd ban everyone from smoking or vaping. But then they'd do it in secret anyways so.
Regulations with addictions and without any kind of education and involvement in all the layers of a society becomes a facade. Here, despite minors being banned from buying legal drugs they start consuming them once they hit the double digits and peak during middle school and high school, because there are always stores that end up selling, parents who buy them, other relatives that buy on their instead and of course ID falsification. In fact, several brands aim products for children in more "harmless" formats with pictures and smaller, like smaller cigarettes (note that here they even banned chocolate cigarettes), vapers of many, many flavours, nicotine packs that look like chewing gum or candies, etc. Note that nicotine patches (advertised in shorts specially in a hellhole called Tiktok) contain the same amount as half pack or even a whole pack of cigarettes and people put them one on each gum.
Disturbing. Truly disturbing. Let's cut these people up and study their brains.

There was a girl at college (my sophomore year, maybe? so fall of 1999) who about once a week would wear her Girl Scout uniform. Sash with badges and everything. It was pretty clear that she had filled out some since that was originally sized. This is nothing particularly new.
i want to emphasize it is the SAME DRESS. Every single day. Do you think she can clean a super frilly dress every night after she wears it? She is also caked in perfume. My theory? She doesn't wash that shit. And masks it with perfume.
