No. Rapture is not a belief of Christians. It's a belief of some branches of Christianity, mainly the weirdos west of the puddle.

Similarly "anti-christ" is not a person, it's many. Essentially a false prophet, but stronger. There is no mention of some son of devil, bringer of end times anti-christ in the scripture.
