I guess some people like to emulate how a actual manga would be read, plus some manga have cool page spreads that aren't combined? I don't know really, since I don't read them like that.

But you can't live nowadays without those, whereas gacha are literally irrelevant. Not to mention, they're still hot topics despite the pass of time. I think you're missing something far more interesting than some pixels on a screen.
