Even if you fucked up the exams really bad, did you not have decent grades for the rest of the class??? Like I could still pass in all my classes if I got a zero on the final exams... But because I have a scholarship where I have to get a 3.5 GPA or higher, I have to maintain my grades.

except my university follows a very different evaluation structure. We need at least 60 out of 100 to pass, and the projects and assignments together can contribute only up to 40 marks at most. Even then, the criteria for awarding those points is quite rigorous. My uni isn't exactly known to be very generous.

Except the entire paper is worth 60 marks and it’s notorious for being one of the most demanding exams in the country set by the Supreme court judges, with the excellent score being 40-45. Anything above 75 out 100 is considered an excellent score.
