Problem I'm seeing is that there doesn't seem to be a will on staff's side to reform, from the little I've seen.

The way she talked in the DM's didn't show any remorse or actual acknowledgement on her end.

I generally don't get too worked up when technical personnel are blunt - that's a much more efficient way of communicating in that space. It's also why, generally, technical personnel aren't the ones that do marketing or PR (and should frequently be kept as far away from those positions as is feasible). Horses for courses. (Insert an uma musume reference here, I guess.)

I mean, I do very much agree that she should stay away from community management with a 10 ft pole.
I do, however, not think she is "technical personnel" blunt, that has a different tone.
