there are (and the arc list specifies which), but the real problem with the anime is the pacing. it's a huge slog and hardly bearable at some parts without speeding up the video. there's actually a fan-made project called One Pace that aims to fix the pacing issues, but honestly i'd just wait until the new adaptation in February for anyone who wants to get into One Piece.

Yes there are filler arcs, like that one after Skypiea and long ring island one... Mostly there are filler episodes, which you can find a list for pretty easily.

And also, as BTO said you can wait until next year for The remake. It covers the first 7 arcs, I think-nya...

Its a remake of the original One anime which suffers from pacing issues great. The remake fixes that pacing issue, and the art style and animation is also a plus from the old animation of 90's or something-nta

I also complain on having to double click, but that's because the UI that pops up when I click comments first is slow af so it just slows down the whole process of accessing the damn forum comments lol
