I kind of hoped that he’d use his power and connections to get into the school. maybe have that dude who kept trying to beat his ass to target some higher up from the school so he couldn’t act like some type of hero and swoop in and save him. then he’d have an in. the first time i read this i kind of thought it was lame but looking back at i don’t hate it. it’s kind of anticlimactic but i trust the author on this.
