That would actually be neat, either you keep the 100 lives or give at least one up to save another.

I also think it has got to do with his rapid healing. So now we know he can only die with actual brutal deaths. My boy gonna get minced multiple times in this story. I wonder if it will come with a cost like it will affect his mental OR MAYBE, it will "feed" whatever is inside the little girl.

Why do i get the feeling, that the kid is the first arc, and when he hits 100, he finds out all his lives go to the baby, and that is the 2nd arc, a revenge arc...
