Considering how much pressure he can withstand in the depths, yes she can damage him but besides drowning him she has no way to kill him and even so would take a long time she wont have, specially if she had to go through his entire stock of lives

there is almost zero chance she dies. It's so obvious she's gonna become sympathetic to him after she loses or maybe even join the crew. Heck I can even see her a potential love interest with the way these patterns go in shounen.

Yes it's obvious she'll probably show some sympathetic to him, or at least that she doesn't have a bad spirit like her brother.
But there's a lot of tragedy in this manga, so it doesn't mean she won't die.
