Considering how much pressure he can withstand in the depths, yes she can damage him but besides drowning him she has no way to kill him and even so would take a long time she wont have, specially if she had to go through his entire stock of lives

Yes it's obvious she'll probably show some sympathetic to him, or at least that she doesn't have a bad spirit like her brother.
But there's a lot of tragedy in this manga, so it doesn't mean she won't die.

Imagine being Titi and trying for years to get that blockhead to even hold your hand (even your adopted daughtersister Diana is helping you) and some waterussy appears outta nowhere and gets Julian to come inside her in like 5mins since meeting him!

...if he kept a bottle of sea water with him and added that to her body, would it count?

I hate to be all 👆🤓, but isn't water pretty much incompressible????. and if we assume the magic is so strong that it can compress water, ma boy would've been liquified already.

Now that's the thing, Julian situation back then is in the sea and now it's freshwater that nullifying his blessing
The blessing allowed him to breath underwater in the sea, but his strength, regeneration and durability is always active no matter where.

The Sea God seal the deal when they canceled most of his enemy's powers allowing Julian to drown him in the depths of the sea.

So yes Julian can't breath underwater here, but his body should be able to endure the pressure even if he gets damaged in the process, specially when Lacrima's powers are not as strong as her deceased brother
