It's gonna be a pain in the ass to go back check if there were any previous signs of this so I'm just gonna take her word for it.
From what we've seen so far, there tends to be more good endings than I expected but this series is just fucked up enough that I now fear for Lacrima's happiness.
I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN! I HATE EVIL WOMEN!
I did find it a little thin that she would be outcast just for being weaker. With how her brother has responded to the whole puppet thing though, maybe there's some hope she might have a good ending. In light of this development, that twist with his original personality returning makes a bit more sense to me.
manga had so much promise and now it's just constant fucking "oh ho ho, dear reader, but did you know the villains were actually in control the whole time?" from the author. it's insane how this twist just doesn't land emotionally at all because the author spent the last 20 chapters showing that the villains just get random power ups or will straight up come back from the fucking dead, etc.
Yall stupid, Ive been rooting for the evil gay lady the whole time & I am PUMPED. If the story is making you sad , just switch sides?? Moron. Thats the whole point of having antagonists, it's multichocie
