The main party knows that they have a witch who can resurrect bodies into slavery, don't they? It would be out of character for Julian to struggle with killing her.
Maybe she would be a challenge to the rest of the party because of how strong she was. However, the whole sentimentality aspect that usually appears in these kinds of scenarios seems a little far-fetched when considering our cast's mentality.

Wishing for her death is fine and all, but if her death causes her mud dolls stop working, I feel they need to find a way to keep her alive, but sealed away from causing any more harm to anyone.

Julian's likely to get really angry over it, not unlike how the Sea God pissed him off by taking Diana's mother's form that one time. Any number of things could happen from there. Alternatively, Titi is the one that gets the emotional crisis instead.

lol why did she wait to do this until after her enemies became aware of her powers? This would have been way more effective if she had been deployed in this battle that just happened. why not do this during the fight after she got the hair?

Did you forget Julian refused to fight back against Agnvall despite Agnvall telling him to kill her and escape quickly all because she is family to him. It is totally in character for Julian to not want to even fight her since he knows it isn't a fake but rather a revived Agnvall, unlike with the Sea Creature.

Because it takes time to get the materials for the revival. She only just got that locket of hair needed to revive Agnvall during this battle as well.

That's a completely different situation. Angvall was still Angvall at that moment. This is a mud doll made with a lock of her hair and dark magic.
He's going to be mad, or sad, but I doubt he would hesitate to kill the doll, with them knowing the enemy has those powers, how they work and all.
