Looks interesting.
I'm on different side, the interesting part follow naruto recipe with teenage going through hardships with no expectation and using hardwork and steel will to success, add with how MAN love to see a GOOD MAN taming 4 wild 'pokemons' that no one wants them with good will and compassion.

Not saying that the recipe itself is what makes it bad, what makes it bad is the way it tries to tunnel vision the reader about being vtuber in agency (maybe the mangaka have bones with nijisanji and cover).

Vtuber is not the same as REAL IDOL. You can always quit and be indie vtuber once the contract end, as vtuber is selling image, a net persona. Same person can have several vtuber faces, it does not have to run under big agency to make a career as vtuber.

As much as how MEAN is the boss words, he spoke the truth that those 4 are dead weight while the competition is getting worse, they are not know why their work scores bad or trying to find fault in their gigs, of why their 'efforts' are not working, and yet keep going blindly and refusing others who try to show them the way.

It is a dark comedy, and no one laughing.

Must've been the wind.

Putting that aside, I wonder if this manga is gonna commit to the harem. There's no point of having multiple female leads and everyone fall for the MC and then he'd have to pick one in the end. Having 4 chicks falling for you is already unrealistic enough so might as well take it to the polygamy route.

I actually liked seeing the amount of times she's been trying and that its not the same shit all the time but different things too, makes it seem more believable and makes me wana root for her success :win:

It's just the 1st chapter. Well the 4 girl set up is pretty cliche ngl.

The art is pretty, but my god the setup is complete horseshit. You don't have 2-digit-subscriber talents, and also 7+ gens of lavish dormitories. That fully is just now how this works. You also don't hire some random loser off the street and then tell them they have a month to do their job before they hire someone they think is actually competent. It also doesn't paint a good picture of the girls that they know the company hates them, but refuse to go independent. The only reason to hang around is that parasitizing the company is more profitable than their prospects elsewhere. They recognize their own incompetence AND that they're in a hostile work enviornment, but would rather stay than improve.

I like the initial premise more desu.
Imagine being a corporate liquidator but for 2view vtubers.
Then we can also let Nerissa's Jailbird scans do the TL for maximum meme potential.

I would be more than pleased if someone else took the reins on translating this series if it means getting popular. I really like the artist's hentai art so more recgonition and support for them are welcome.

"But they still have passion!"

apparently not enough passion to research the field they want to succeed in? She's literally out there streaming games she didn't verify first. The girls are cute, sure, but the setup is dire. They don't read as dedicated to me, even if they stream multiple times a day or whatever, they don't seem to understand what they are trying to do and that just comes off as intelectually lazy if anything. The company has full grounds to dump them imo.

I kind of wanted him to actually get rid of them, especially the black haired 'edgy' girl. Sure they have passion, but they're still parasites living off of a company that has expectations for them - on top of that, they don't meet their obligations of actually attending meeting, or responding to calls or emails, and getting physically confrontational when their manager meets them face to face.
Honestly, those things should have been used as a pretext to render their contract null & void.

Who cares if it's their dream? Why does that give them the right to be leeches and treat others rudely, especially at the company you're leeching off? :pout:

That said, I find the concept interesting, so I'll continue reading, but the only likeable character is currently the MC, who is being abused by the FMC's I know I'm supposed to like... so we'll see how it goes.
And I hope he doesn't worry about threats of them spreading photos of him to defame him - if they had that kind of clout, they wouldn't be getting fired for lack of popularity, now would they?

That is the thing, everyone in company are doing what can be done to make a living, and the girls? They are in position that WILL cripple the company and everyone there, one even pulling a gun and be very rude, not even know how to talk like a proper person, and expecting people to shower them with money?

Sure it sounds like a dark company taking the worker as 'hostages', but those girls are reaping what they sow through their act and words, and seems to keep 'victimized' themselves, justifying they are not the problem but everyone not simping them are the one with problems.

The girls seem to both be bad at their job as well as seem to not have had a manager that gave them opportunities. They are definitely a waste for the company though since they are making no profit and yet both a house and all food and supplies is being paid for. To not generate any revenue after a year is a crazy cost.

The more interesting thing to me is the MC. It sounds like he was part of a band where somebody else made a mistake and he was forced to take the fall for them. It must have been something really terrible if just being associated with it has prevented all job prospects.
