I'll admit, didn't expect Public Safety to salvage the situation like that, although now it also confirms that concepts can be puked back up. Can he vomit back Devils no matter when they were eaten or are they all gone for good and the Ear Devil had just yet to digest? If it's the former, I can imagine this part getting even more insane.

Erasure of not just concepts, but physical reality. That is a step beyond than I expected.
I am now convinced Pochita is Death in disguise. Nobody seems to fear death in this world, and our hapless 'hero' is giving reality true death one evisceration at a time.
What is a chainsaw but a multitude of reaping blades?
That has been my theory too since the "erasing" ability was revealed in part one. What else could provoke so much fear among inmortal devils? Isn't erasing them simply death?
But the discussion in part two about upcoming death devil as a separate entity, and the reveal that 2 more of the horsemen are also girls with "crazy" eyes made me question it.

Yoru: I want to make CSM throw up the nuclear weapons devil so people fear war again and I grow powerful enough to fully defeat him.

Ch. 173: confirms throwing up devils is possible and it will reinstate the concept.

OptyfusPrime: No clue where this is going. Feels vague for the sake of it.

Party City: red noses 20% off when you buy a make up palette.
I know I'm going to sound like a redditor with this, but most people genuinely lack the ability to understand this manga. They see blood and violence and go "fuck yeah!" They saw Power and Makima and go "female character, must be waifu, must sexualize." Power is disgusting and unattractive, Makima is evil and abusive, but because these characters are slightly different from standard hackneyed anime tropes their roles in the story are completely outside of the comprehension of many people.

I'm not saying CSM is high art or that you need anything more than a room temperature IQ to understand it, but it's a manga that only makes sense if you're the type of person who actively engages with media. If you passively consume media, if you want to sit down and get spoonfed a familiar series of comfortable cliches, nothing makes sense. If you're active about it and actually think at all about why X implies Y, it's a great story. CSM is written for people that do that sort of thing.

Edit: I really want to hammer this point home: understanding CSM isn't a mark of accomplishment you should take pride in. This is a manga marketed to children. Failing to understand it should be a mark of deep shame and a sign you really need to reevaluate yourself and how you approach life.
