We know they can have relationships. Remember the Bat Devil. I think they can breed if they are fiends. Not sure this fusion affects the gens though. If so, devil dna can be transferred to the offspirng.

I think the plan is to put the devil and us in perpetual suspense each chapter until it gives in. Denji knows no devil would last an Endless Eight like any sane human.

gun devil, and tank devil are war devil's kids, and i think grenade devil was too.

unironically denji and asa may have a kid, and it might very well be nuclear weapons devil...

Also, denji is not there with aging devil, aging devil is there with denji.

I don‘t think that the tank and gun devils are literally Yoru’s kids, because war fosters innovation, especially when it comes to weapons, they are the children of war. I don’t think Yoru had sex with someone and then some time later she birthed the gun and tank devils from her womb.
