If Denji knew that Pochita ate nukes, I would posit that he's trying to puke them out so that Yoru can use their power within the Aging Devil's realm (since the Devils he regurgitates seem to retain their powers within that realm). However, Denji doesn't know about the nuke thing, let alone that the War Devil is inside Asa.

So, I wonder if he's trying to puke out something else or if the plan doesn't even have to do with that. Either way, from his implication last chapter, it seems he intends to find a way to use Devil powers within the realm somehow.

gun devil, and tank devil are war devil's kids, and i think grenade devil was too.

Thing is that those are her children as weapons made from war, she didn't actually birth them. War was created by humanity and eventually took shape in the form of Yoru. Tanks and guns were made by humans as ways to advance war, and became the tank and gun devils. Yoru just takes a motherly perspective from it.
