This is correct. Denji has almost certainly had to work himself so hard that he puked before. He just puked up a devil and is trying to do it again. I'm not sure if he has plans to puke up specific devils; he's not much of a schemer, he's generally been shown to be able to think only one step ahead when his mind is clear and the stars align, so I feel like he's more just trying to create chaos, but we'll see.

You should recheck the devils Chainsawman ate then, he ate 4 alternatives to death at the end of a creature's life, what does that even mean? There's also "Light of a Star That Breaks Children's Minds" whatever that means
