Very similar to Power with Denji; she's cared for a very long time; she simply didn't realize it as it happened/considers it as something that is against her nature.

Throughout CSM we've seen many times that while devils are inherently selfish and self-centered they are capable of caring for and even sacrificing for others.

True, but it's also been stated that the more a devil resembles a human physically, the more they act humanlike and get along better with humans. Seeing as the four horsewomen seem to take completely human form, Yoru should be capable of very human emotion.

Then again, Yoru's chosen form before she took over Asa wasn't a human, but a bird. So I think there's something very important hidden behind that whole bird imagery, with Bucky, pidgeons literally everywhere in part 2 etc. Maybe the fight club theory is right after all. If Asa has a bird thing going on, it makes sense that Yoru looking like a bird would be something concocted by Asa's mind.

Anyone else thinks it was an asspull that pochita knew to vomit a dove? How did Pochita even know of Asa's trauma with Buck? Or did denji stock up on doves to use as blood reserve and was vomiting it to drain it? uhh

Not the first time Pochita vomited up a very useful devil for the situation. Pochita is quite smart, it may have noticed Asa has a fear or w/e of birds. It's probably easier to be observant when Denji is in the driver's seart and Pochita is just, well, observing. Pochita also knows Yoru from Hell, so if Asa and Yoru are one and the same (big if, yeah) and Pochita knows this, it's possible he remembers Yoru feared birds before.

Maybe the fear thing that forces Asa to take over. If Yoru killed Bucky, the Chicken Devil, Asa would take over again making it even more difficult to defeat Denji Man.

Honestly, I just have a slight feeling that Yoru is going to fully takeover Asa's mind at the end of the fight, resulting in a turning point withing the manga. Maybe it's just me being stupid though.

It's the weekly releases. I recently reread Part 2 and it feels a whole lot more cohesive and quick than the weekly releases.

as a foreigner reading this, I doubt Fujimoto was making a political statement on the state of american health care, it's just a gotcha terms of contract twist. I can see why Americans will interpret it differently though lol

I think he's being facetious-- as in, he's pretty sure Fujimoto just wanted to see Asa drive a motorcycle into a wall.
