Change author name spelling

The author of https://mangadex.org/manga/20023/rapid-commuter-underground officially romanizes his name Zajirogh (and this is how it's listed on Baka-Updates Manga, MAL, etc.), not Zajiro.

I corrected it. c: But I'm just guessing it depends on how they translate it. Mangaupdate isn't always accurate. People have to manually change it c:

Yeah, the phonetic spelling/Hepburn romanization would be Zajirou. But the author (per his Twitter is username and how he spells it elsewhere) opts for Zajirogh.

The manga description may need updating as well – for consistency – but not as important.
