Changing Group a Chapter was Uploaded Under

Is it possible to change the group a chapter was uploaded under if you weren't the uploader for it?

The reason being for chapters 2 and 3 of this manga: https://mangadex.org/title/45078/.
It was uploaded by a member of Goddess Scans who is no longer active, but we still plan on continuing the series. Since it wasn't jointly put as Goddess Scans and Pick this up PLS Scans, only said inactive user can change it. If possible, could it be changed from https://mangadex.org/group/13091 to https://mangadex.org/group/14539?
