Wait -- okay I kind of understood reallocating resources to your other son since it appeared that the MC couldn't cultivate. I think basically ostrasizing your own kid is a dick move but -whatever- that's typical wuxia stuff. Why the heck is he allowing his fourth wife who is a LIGHT saint force master to be ostrasized? The dad is a scumbag of the highest order and deserves to die -- at the very least be divorced.
