chapter doesn't appear

I tried to upload a chapter on https://mangadex.org/title/44904/toorigakari-ni-one-point-advice-shite-iku-type-no-yankee and it says the upload has been done but the chapter still doesn't appear, though I already follow the upload guidelines.

Is this your first upload? Because users' first uploads have to be checked by mods to confirm they're not spam.
