If I set my chapter language filter to exactly English and Japanese then it shows only chapters from https://mangadex.org/title/42684/the-strongest-cheat-player and in more languages than those two.
If I change the language filter to only English it shows correct chapters. If I add any random third language it also shows correct chapters. If I enable all languages it also shows correct chapters. As far as I can tell it only happens with exactly the EN+JP combination.
