Chapters won't all load....!?

When I go to read just about anything on Dex, sometimes only chunks or approx. half of the amount of chapters will load. I try to reload it an ample amount of times, and wait patiently just in case it is just a slow loading issue - but that doesn't work either. It almost makes me think it's a time(ing) out issue, but what do I know? Thanks in advance! TC

I am having this same issue. Europe 2 and North America 2. Will test others now

Nothing has been loading at all for me in the past 2 days.
