oof quite a rough intro, harsh but fair although given how petty some OLs can be i'd half expect all of them to drop out cept the mc/love interest or so (unless it'd just be bad for the company as well). Wonder if we'll get an explosive scene/reveal (haven't watched the live action ver) of them finding out they were exes/exposed to the whole company
Ex: idk I guess the lady removed from the project has family issues, single mom or something and miss Fuyu is like “ok this work load is too much for her, it’s better if she focused on her kid” etc
IDK how good parental rights/maternity leave is for ppl in JP but outside of not having a good working relationship with your coworkers i imagine some ppl would pick up slack if not "we'll take care of this so you don't have to do overtime " versus "Well, everyone has to work, even if you have a kid, you should be more responsible and have someone looking after them/keeping them at a daycare"
(tho population concerns aside im surprised most ppl would have any kids given how late ppl work out, can't exactly leave a toddler on their own even as 'early' as like 6pm versus someone at home always taking care of them or a daycare/preschool center that operates like at like 5-11pm for late workers, idk about office work, but in nietzche sensei, while that is a konbini they've mentioned doing overtime but not getting paid for it which sounds like bs, but if you're the only one not doing overtime there'd prolly be resentment/target on you so i guess it's a never ending loop if you need money to provide for a family and such)
Not the first time I have read yuri about a ex girlfriend becoming your boss, but this is the first time the boss is such a bitch that she deserves a punch to the face
She's prolly at least gonna get slapped given that end panel, even if she doesn't actually have malicious intent comes off as "stay home and take care of your kid instead of working" does come off as quite condescending
