I don't like how all this shit food is glorified. Especially when you consider he has a green thumb and every vegetable he grows is in pristine condition, if he were to grow the ginger himself it would taste 1000x times better than this premade dog shit supermarket paste could ever taste. That's the problem with an author who has 0 cooking experience writing about cooking. Same with the mayonnaise, why buy the expensive shitty one from Japan when you can easily make it yourself with higher quality!
