The premise would never work historically. "Paternity test" aside this would endanger every single noble to sudden claims by bastard children, making every single title and inheritance endlessly contentious. While this sometimes happened there is good reason why it generally was absolutely impossible and why the nobles would absolutely support her claims - it strengthens their own, after all.
