I've got a suggested correction for Dianeila's entry: I don't think she conspired, and I believe she doesn't actually dislike him. The impression that I got from that scene is that she has a very intense vibe to her, and a naturally stern face, but that she's legitimately impressed by his capabilities.
My interpretation of it is that she's being set up as a red herring of sorts, where we're made to think she's got something against him and will be a problem, but in reality she's just a serious person with a diligent personality.
Of course, I could be entirely off-base about that, but at the very least I feel like there's no sign of her having conspired with Mameilo to rig things.

That's why I said "seems". It's implied but not stated. Sometimes I state things certain ways as shorthand to myself.
