I doubt the author will back away from the giant girl gimmick this late in the game, so we can probably guess she'll choose to stay big because "being big is what allowed us to meet again", "you were only able to do good deeds because you were big!" or something like that

But knowing this started only a year ago, it would be pretty weird if she chose to stay big for the rest of her life just because she had ONE good year with Yume-kun lol

But on the other hand, it's like starting a relationship the author can't write. Do it in the last chapter, since then it doesn't actually affect anything. Not that readers tend to be very happy about that, but it's how it often goes. And a "return to normal for a normal life," is a very common ending theme.

Unless the author wants to end the series I seriously doubt she'll be able to just do it out of nowhere. If anything she might change for a minute and then pop back into giantess form again. Then again, if it was her "feelings" that turned her giant, how did Neiro get big? Same deal?
