Likely some sort of multi-purpose surgery equipment, like the machines they have now where you can control really tiny robotic arms (in this case though, they'd be huge). And since the machines can now be remotely operated, all they need is to equip one or two types of doctor for each general medical need with some medical-grade VR tech.

Edit: She could also likely be airlifted using freight (or whatever they're called) helicopters like the ones the USSR used to use to move their nukes out to the middle of nowhere. Either that or the Beluga or Guppy aircraft.
