I used to love Pepsi Twist. It was supposed to be pepsi with some lemon, but when they stopped making it I tried adding lemon to some pepsi and it just wasn't the same. I'm sure they were sprinkling some crack on it.

Chihaya isn't wrong: regular cola really is always better. Part of me wonders what would happen if I gave her Pepsi.
I like how this extra demonstrates why Ayase is so patient towards Chihaya. To anyone else, Chihaya's response would come across as rude, and Ayase probably initially felt like a "bruh moment"; however, the moment she realizes that this is how Chihaya has always been, she gets reminded of their high school friendship and can't help but laugh. Chihaya is so endearing because she's a mess who doesn't really think about anything aside from running and cola. It's almost something to aspire towards.
