It's not just one either. At least two youtubers have been making comic dubs for this series, and they've been getting a decent amount of views. The author doesn't seem to be all that upset about it though.

One of the channels has 40k subs and just does dubs over images.

Seems to be monetized too, don't know if the artist knows that.

They did post the video originally but removed the post after the fact also.

I listen to a few while doing other things. I use it as a sort of long summary of longer manga and manhua before deciding if I want to start reading them.

Regarding reporting, forget it. YT doesn't even monetize anime legs or even covered boobs anymore, all these recap channels censor more than MangaUp ever did, it's nuts!

That's not really much of a surprise to me. It's been awhile but you uses to be able to find full JAV vids on youtube, they were shrunk, cropped, mirrored, speed-up, etc. to help bypass content filters. I remember youtube links to that stuff and much worse getting post to /b/ back around the late 2000's. I think it'd be more of a shock if they bothered to clean that stuff up unprompted by DMCA claims. Youtube, facebook, twitter, tiktok, etc. just don't care. There's all kinds of weird shit on supposedly SFW sites, most users just don't know it's there.
