@Random_Passer-by Why are you saying it like that is a bad thing? CGDCT is the lifeline that keeps my blood pumping.

It took me four years and change before I could realise why I was saying that, but I now have an answer.

I've seen, and liked, several CGDCT works in my life. All of them, however, have used the CGDCT as a back-drop for something else; be it comedy, or character development.

Chiisana Mori no Ookami-chan, however, is the only work I've liked that unapologetically uses CGDCT as its main draw. And it does a marvelous job at it, and I love it for it.

There's a first time for everything, I guess.
