I've seen waaay worse art TBH. Some of the Namicomi stuff makes this look like a Renaissance painting... Yes, I know they're amateurs, don't @ me.

I think the art is fine, its just that its really weird how the author cant draw hands? Everything is alright except that. Personally thats like really odd to me, he doesnt have problems with angles and expressions
