Art doesn't carry, story is all it has, the guy leaves a girl crying on his bed for 10 minutes, buys a fleshlight, peaks through shower glass, cares about one girl's virginity but not the next (even if he cares about chastity not virginity, does he even ask the girl if she's had sex? STDs? Sure, not seeing anyone right now, a prostitute could also say that), and inane dialogue, brevity would do wonders (Impactful moments were brief, concise)
Plus, like someone else said, the Mr and Miss was only used on the first three characters, ch21.5, original story was probably him losing his unrequited love, realised that'd be disliked or was boring, so switched it to some odd single guy in group of girls story, I find it hard to believe a group of girls would invite one guy, only, it'd make sense if he was dating one of them already, or they have other guys they invited, but they all live alone, aren't dating, and are inviting one dateless guy? They wouldn't deliberately ruin their chances for "tea" by including the other gender, it's why they go to the bathroom together, anyway overall doesn't make sense
I've gone somewhere with a group of guys (3+me, usually 3-5 guys total) and a girl was with one guy so she tagged along, given the chance, I don't think we would've brought her along, it was a courtesy thing, also cause she was a girl, and maybe it was gonna be more fun (she never went before), but the way she acted, if she was a guy I would've been purely annoyed, as guys like her already exist and I hate them, if you paid attention to her she'd bring the mood down (she was just glum staring into the fire, while literally like a meter or two away from everyone as we're talking, I can't remember anything she said, she never spoke up on her own, even if you tried to talk to her, others had to be quiet, then she'd sort of hand off the conversation, like wtf are we supposed to do(for hours, like seriously))(looking back it was late and she probably wanted to bring up a sad story for a pity party, yes, that would've ruined the night, I'm glad she didn't), while everyone was having a good time (like usual, it's not that hard we just talk about cool facts and comparing past things we've seen/experienced, like growing up never not seeing mountains), maybe she tagged along to add it to one of her life bucket lists or something, I'm not sure why she came, maybe she didn't know she'd be like that, or expect me to be there cause we had classes together before and sat next to each other so she felt awkward (even then she could've not tagged along cause we met up then went, if she really didn't like the group she wouldn't have went, she was probably thinking like us of "This might be cool"), if I told this whole story I'd be like twice as a long as this, so that's it (No, no one was dating, she might've been interested in the guy she was with, and I didn't want to date her(Not because she might've liked the guy, my friend, but I genuinely wasn't that interested in her, well okay both those reasons I guess))(and yea, that was the first and last time she came, though, she probably did enjoy it, even if you're sad, being around others who aren't and being in a nice place is enjoyable, she didn't complain, and I feel like I remember her shyly smiling, so yea, it was probably good for her, but it brought me down, give and take)
3/10, story's also not real, no way she was like "oh yea he was caught, I didn't mention?" or whatever, and also leaving out details of like what she likes about him, and what the stalker did, cmon

i avoided the manga due to its title but GODAYUMMMM
