Censorship laws are funny things. They work on rules and have to strictly define what is naughty, and the obvious things (boners, lady nipples, underwear that covers less than 25% of an ass) get the bureaucratic hammer. But when you get into the territory that censors didn't think of, and there's no rule about showing two kids peeing in the toilet at the same time, then it must be ok! As others have pointed out, big titties are about the tamest thing in this comedic cesspool. Really makes the censorship rules seem pointless.
